Serkan Özkaya, Chairman of the Local Services Project Research, Development, Solidarity and Education Foundation (YAGEV), announced the establishment of “YAGEV CIVIL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY”. President Özkaya said in a statement; “YAGEV CIVIL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY” was established based on the Presidential Decree dated and numbered 30479 on 15/7/2018. As per the decree; “The development that will be established in order to accelerate regional development, to ensure the sustainability of development, to reduce inter-regional and intra-regional development differences in accordance with the policies determined by the President, by improving the cooperation between the public sector, private sector and non-governmental organizations, ensuring the appropriate and effective use of resources, activating local potential. It is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the establishment, duties and powers of the agencies and their coordination.”

YAGEV Chairman of the Board of Directors Serkan Özkaya gave detailed information about the activities of YAGEV Civil Development Agency. President Ozkaya; “Our Civil Development Agency, which we have developed based on these purposes, continues to work on the basis of external grants and long-term plans based on guarantees from the smallest project according to the size of financing and sustainability, which can be benefited by large masses.”

YAGEV Chairman of the Board Serkan Özkaya, about the officials, support and influence of YAGEV Civil Development Agency; “This civil development agency, which we see as a new structuring without burdening our state, continues to work as a new method of local development. In a short time, we will complete our efforts to ensure the participation of all our municipalities as members of our “CIVIL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY”. Thus, a project and finance pool will be created. Our web site portal, which will be created with the participation of all our member municipalities, will be able to benefit from our member municipalities and be informed of their work, with project drafts, projects that have been implemented, and completed projects. As YAGEV, we will organize a workshop for our development agency that we have created with the participation of all our municipalities, universities, relevant departments and teachers.
